I might own the company, but if you look at my job title, I’m the Guest Services Manager. I don’t think there is a more important job in a holiday company.

I’ll never forget my first trip to Disney. I didn’t realize I was dancing in that parade until I suddenly looked up and realized I was bouncing along behind Woody the Cowboy.
