Ellis Exclusive Villas is a friendly, family-owned company based both here in the UK and in the sunshine state of Florida. We fell into holiday home management as a hobby about ten years ago and we still try to do everything with the same gleeful joy as we did when we first started out.
You will always be guaranteed a warm welcome when you stay at an Ellis Exclusive Villa. We always aim to put our guests first.
It starts with our simple booking process, where we try to ensure you get the villa best suited to your requirements.
Before you leave, we’ll send you an orientation pack – packed full with helpful tips about how to get the most out of your holiday.
We also provide 24-hour express check-in on all of our properties. This means there is no need to pick up keys from an office on your way to your holiday property. We will email you with a personalized access code so you can gain immediate access to your chosen property. It’s a simple thing, but it can make a world of difference after a long trans-Atlantic flight.
We give all our guests a welcome pack on arrival. This contains all the basic essentials you need to tide you over for your first night and morning at the property; enough to make a snack and breakfast in the morning. It includes tea, coffee, milk, water, pop, bread, butter, cheese, ham, cereal, wine, beer, dishwasher tablets, cloths, and a few treats.
We can tailor these welcome packs to your personal requirements. Please tell us if you have any special dietary requirements, or if you don’t drink alcohol, or if you have particular religious requirements. For instance, we are happy to provide kosher welcome packs or halal welcome packs for our guests.
If you are traveling with little ones, you can take advantage of our ‘Tots go lightly’ scheme to supplement your welcome pack. We’ll do your shopping – for nappies, wipes, supplement milk, baby food, or any other essentials – to save you from being weighed down by them when you travel. We designed this service to help you keep your luggage down to a minimum and make room for the things you really need to bring. Place your order before you leave and we’ll make sure your goods are waiting at your villa for you, together with a receipt so you know you’re paying exactly what it costs and not a penny more.
We can also provide any of the larger baby and toddler items that you might need free of charge. This saves you carrying the bigger items with you when you’re traveling. We can provide cots, highchairs, baby monitors, bed guards, and pushchairs. If you need something please do ask. It’s more than likely we’ll have it already. If we haven’t we’ll try to source it for you. These will all be waiting for you in your villa when you arrive.
All our villas come with free wi-fi and free local calls. Some of them also offer free international calls – but please check first before dialing!
We have a local management team on the ground in Florida who are on hand to help you for the duration of your stay. Our local management team in Florida is also Ellis family-owned and Ellis family-run – our family resides on both sides of the Atlantic! If anything is not to your liking, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rapidly set matters right. The team are also on hand to offer advice about local facilities and getting around.
We can help you book additional services too, such as our chef services, golf tickets, tickets for all the major theme parks, car hire, scooter hire, birthday parties, spa and beauty treatments and almost anything else you could need. Please just ask!
