It’s easy to book online with us. You can make payments online too.
To secure the home of your choice, we ask for a 25% deposit per reservation. Once you’ve completed the online booking form and paid your deposit, you’ll receive written confirmation of your booking.
You can now log in to our guest App to view your reservation details. You can also give other members of your party access to limited information about your reservation through the App. Download the App from the App store.
The final balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
We are happy to take payment in instalments, including instalments on the cost of theme park tickets and other optional extras.
We accept all payment methods and currencies. Prices are quoted in US dollars, but we are happy to send you quotes in other currencies at your request.
If you chose to take additional services such as pool heat, attraction tickets, etc. the charges are all clearly stated in advance.
There are many ways to pay for your vacation. We accept credit cards, debit cards over the phone and online 24 hours a day. We also accept payment by PayPal, bank transfer, and cheque. Get in touch and our team will be happy to assist.
There are no additional fees and no hidden costs. We don’t charge you for using your debit or credit card to make a payment. All taxes are included in the price and displayed at checkout.
Our automated system will take the remaining balance in full 90 days before arrival.
If you do not wish the card you have on our system (with which you paid your deposit) to be charged in this way, you will need to contact us at least 110 days before your departure date in order to make alternative arrangements and pay the remainder of the balance in full.
Once you have paid the balance of the vacation, we will send you check-in instructions with all the information about your holiday property, plus other Orlando and Florida orientation tips.
1 week prior to your departure, we will usually give you a courtesy call to ensure that everything is ready. This is usually the last point at which you can book pool heat, which really needs to be organised in advance if you want it, so we can ensure it is available from the first day of your holiday. We will also take this opportunity to confirm the contents of your welcome pack – if you have particular religious requirements (eg: Kosher, Halal, no alcohol, etc.) or dietary requirements (eg: gluten-free, dairy-free, low sugar, vegetarian, etc.) please make sure you tell us at this point (or before!).
Please note: we are very happy to arrange payments by instalments. If you like, you can also pay for attraction tickets and other additional services by instalments.
